Common use of Pay on Temporary Transfer, Higher Rated Job Clause in Contracts

Pay on Temporary Transfer, Higher Rated Job. When an employee temporarily relieves in or performs the principal duties of a higher paying position, for more than four (4) hours, at a flat rate of pay, she shall receive the rate for the job.
