Paycheques. (a) Employees may, upon giving fifteen (15) calendar days prior written notice to their respective supervisors, receive any or all pay which would normally fall due during the period of their vacation.
(b) Vacation pay requested in advance will be in the form of a paycheque. Vacation paycheques will be made available at Payroll for pick-up by the employee at least one (1) full banking day prior to the commencement of the vacation.
Paycheques. An Employee may, upon giving prior notice five (5) calendar days preceding a payroll input date, receive on that last payroll date any cheques which would normally fall due during the period of the vacation.
Paycheques. Whenever possible, employees may, upon giving fifteen (15) calendar days' notice, receive on the last working day preceding commencement of their vacation, any cheques which would normally fall due during the period of their vacation.
Paycheques in sealed envelopes, shall be issued on a regular day of the week on a biweekly basis with a clarified, itemized statement of all deductions, premiums and changes of increment.
Paycheques. (a) Any regular earnings omitted on a pay cheque in excess of 3.75 hours (not caused by the nurse’s error) must be reported to the immediate supervisor who, at the request of the nurse, will arrange for a manual cheque to be produced within two business days. NOTE: Cheques cannot be issued during the pay cycle (Pay ending date to pay date)
(a) Pay day is bi-weekly.
(b) In those circumstances where nurses are off work on a leave of absence or on sick leave for a period of time in excess of one (1) week, the Employer will send upon request of the nurse, by regular mail or email, the nurse’s pay stub to the address on record with the Employer.
Paycheques. Upon written request, employees may elect to have their cheques mailed directly to any chartered bank or credit union in the Province of British Columbia.
Paycheques. Employees shall receive at least seven (7) days prior to commencement of their vacation, any paycheques which would normally fall during the period of their vacation.
Paycheques. Paycheques shall be provided no later than 1500 Friday of the pay week. The Company shall endeavour to have the paycheques delivered earlier.
Paycheques. Any discrepancies of one day's pay or greater, on paycheques due to an entry error on the part of the Hospital shall be corrected and replaced within two work' g days.
Paycheques. Wages shall be paid biweekly. Paycheques shall identify the following:
(a) the classification(s) worked with corresponding rates and total hours. Classifications shall correspond to those listed in Schedule A;
(b) total RSP earned that paycheque period and the year-to-date total;
(c) total overtime earned that paycheque period, total remaining, and at what rate is was earned;
(d) total vacation pay earned year-to-date;
(e) BCGEU union dues deductions; and
(f) LTD and life insurance taxable benefits.
