PAYMENT FOR EXTRA AND FORCE ACCOUNT WORK. All extra work done on a force account basis will be paid for in the manner hereinafter described, and the compensation thus provided shall be accepted by the Contractor as payment in full for the use of small tools, superintendent's services, timekeeper's service, premium on bond, and all other overhead expenses incurred in the prosecution of all extra work done on a force account basis. Payment will be made as follows:
