Common use of Payment for Working Overtime Clause in Contracts

Payment for Working Overtime. (a) Except as provided for elsewhere in this clause, for all work done outside ordinary hours on any day or shift (as defined in this agreement) the overtime rates of pay are time and a half for the first three hours and double time thereafter until the completion of the overtime work.
