Payment in Lieu of Long Service Leave on the Death of an Employee. Where an Employee who has completed at least ten years’ service dies while still in the employ of the Employer, the Employer shall pay to such Employee's personal representative a sum equal to the pay of such Employee for 1/30th of the period of the Employee's continuous service in respect of which leave has not been allowed or payment made immediately prior to the death of the Employee.

  • Death of an Employee All rights to accident pay will cease on the death of an Employee.

In no event will the Company’s early termination of your employment pursuant to the preceding sentence be considered a termination of the Term of Employment by the Company under Section 5.4 and in no event shall the Company’s early termination of you pursuant to the preceding sentence require the Company to provide the Termination Entitlement for any greater period than the period beginning on the date your written notice of termination is received by the Company and ending sixty (60) days thereafter.
