Payment of Personal / Xxxxx’s Leave. (a) An Employee shall receive a maximum of 7.6 ordinary hours pay for any scheduled day absent from work due to illness, provided that no Employee shall receive payment for more than 38 ordinary hours in any week and personal leave shall not be available to Employees in any week where they have already worked 38 ordinary hours.
