Payment times. For the purposes of the Transaction Documents, any payment received by the Creditor after 10.00 p.m. on a Business Day, or on a day that is not a Business Day, shall be deemed to have been received by the Creditor on the earlier to occur of (a) the date on which the Creditor has the payment available for reinvestment and (b) the next following Business Day.

Payment times. 7.9.1 The Guild and its members recognise that, by submitting a PBS or RPBS claim, approved suppliers are acknowledging that they have complied with all relevant Commonwealth, State and Territory legislative requirements for the dispensing of a PBS or RPBS medicine, including: (a) the codes, guidelines and policies established by the Pharmacy Board of Australia (or any other registering authority); (b) the codes, guidelines, professional practice standards and competency standards established by the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia; (c) the standards and requirements as established by other authorities, including the TGA and Society of Hospital Pharmacists (as applicable to specialised areas of practice); (d) any regulations or requirements as established by States and Territories with respect to one or more of the registration, practice or handling of medicines established within that State or Territory; (e) all applicable State, Territory and Commonwealth laws with respect to the conduct of their profession; and (f) any other requirements not stated above but that are covered by the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits) (Conditions of approval for approved pharmacists) Determination 2007. 7.9.2 Subject to circumstances beyond the Commonwealth’s control, payments for payable prescriptions transmitted and assessed online will be processed within 9 to 16 days from receipt of electronic assessment.

Process online claims within 17 days of receipt of paperwork. Make related advance payments for payable prescriptions transmitted and assessed online within 9 to 16 days from receipt of electronic assessment.
Payment times. The Possessor covenants to pay the Management Company its share of the Expenses in accordance with the invoice submitted to it by the Management Company within 7 days from the submission of the invoice. The invoice will be submitted to the possessor each month or each other period, as shall be determined by the management Company, and shall be based on its estimate of the Management Company's Expenses. The Possessor hereby covenants to pay the Management Company the Expenses and the deposit stated in Section 11 below, whether it itself is the occupier of the Unit or rented it or transferred the use therein to another, or if nobody at all makes use of the Unit. 9.1 Within a period that shall not exceed six (6) months after December 31 of each year, the Management Company shall prepare a final invoice of the Expenses regarding the prior fiscal year period (including the Depreciation Fund and Management Fee) (hereinafter: the "ANNUAL INVOICE"), and shall present a copy of such invoice to the Possessor. The Annual Invoice, when it is audited and approved by the management Company's accountants, shall serve as final and binding evidence of the amount of the Expenses. 9.2 If the Annual Invoice shows a credit in favor of the Management Company, then the Possessor shall pay the Management Company the difference between the amounts the Possessor paid on account of his estimates share of the Expenses and the amount of the Expenses as stated on the Annual Invoice. The payment shall be made within 7 days from the date on which the Management Company submitted the Annual Invoice to the Possessor. Should there be monetary differences for the benefit of the Possessor, the Management Company will credit its account with it accordingly.
Payment times. Payments received in respect of the Obligations after 12:00 Noon on any day shall be deemed to be received on the next succeeding Business Day, and if any payment is received other than by wire transfer of immediately available funds, such payment shall be subject to three (3) Business Days’ clearance prior to being credited to the Obligations for interest calculation purposes.

  • Payment Timing Any lump sum Salary or bonus payments under Sections 3(a)(i), 3(b)(i), and 3(b)(ii) will be provided on the first regularly scheduled payroll date of the Company following the date the Release becomes effective and irrevocable (the “Severance Start Date”), subject to any delay required by Section 5(d) below. Any taxable installments of any COBRA-related severance benefits that otherwise would have been made to the Executive on or before the Severance Start Date will be paid on the Severance Start Date, and any remaining installments thereafter will be provided as specified in the Agreement. The completion date for this contract is October 15, 2017.   • Payment Plans Employees covered by the Samaritan Choice medical insurance plan who have outstanding balances that are payable to Samaritan Health Services for in network, covered, and authorized (if medically necessary) services will be provided payment plan offerings upon request from the employee. The request will be made to Patient Financial Services, and may be directed through the Hospital Patient Financial Counselor. Patient Financial Services will work with employees to identify the appropriate payment arrangement based on the employee financial needs/eligibility. Within 120 days from first patient statement, employees must contact Patient Financial Services and identify themselves as a SHS SEIU member and ask for a payment plan arrangement that does not exceed six percent (6%) of their household income. Such requests will be granted using the existing SHS payment options and funding programs. To be eligible for a payment plan, employees must comply with all requirements for establishing appropriate payment options/eligibility, including the completion of a financial assistance application with supporting documentation. Employees who comply with all terms of the payment plan(s) will not be subject to collections or wage garnishment.

  • PROGRESS PAYMENT ‌ 9.2.1 City shall retain five percent (5%) of the undisputed amount due on each progress payment, or the percentage stated in the Notice Inviting Bids, whichever is greater, as retention to ensure full and complete performance of the Work. Subject to City’s right of withholding under Paragraph 9.4.2 of these General Conditions, City agrees to pay to Contractor within thirty (30) Days of receipt of a properly submitted Application for Payment an amount equal to ninety-five percent (95%), or a lesser amount if corresponding to a higher retention percentage, if applicable, of the sum of the following, excepting therefrom any amounts which are disputed by City: (i) Construction Manager’s determination of the value, expressed as a percentage of the Contract Sum, of the Work in permanent place that has been tested and accepted as of the end of the preceding month. (ii) Construction Manager’s determination of the value of materials suitably stored but not yet incorporated into the Work, subject to Paragraph 9.3.6 of these General Conditions. (iii) Less amounts previously paid. 9.2.2 At any Time after fifty percent (50%) of the Work has been determined by Construction Manager to be completed, City may in its sole discretion, make any of the remaining progress payments in accordance with the calculation in Paragraph 9.2.1 of these General Conditions based on one hundred percent (100%) of City’s determination of the value of the Work in place and of stored materials not yet incorporated into the Work. 9.2.3 Progress payments shall not be construed as City's Acceptance of any or all of the Work and shall not be a waiver of any or all rights City has under the Contract Documents.

  • Up-Front Payment At all times during the Effective Period other than those periods for which payment of all Billed Amounts is By Invoice, Customer shall maintain on file with 8x8 or the billing 8x8 Affiliate (as applicable) complete, accurate, and up-to-date information for at least one valid, working credit card or Customer account (sufficient to permit ACH withdrawals). Payment of all Billed Amounts – other than those for which 8x8 has agreed to payment By Invoice – shall be by charge to such credit card(s) or by ACH withdrawal from such account(s), at or near time of billing, and Customer hereby authorizes 8x8 to make such charges or withdrawals. Where payment is by such charge or withdrawal, (a) 8x8 shall post a statement of the Billed Amounts in the relevant account at or near the time of the first attempted charge or withdrawal and shall thereafter make commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer by email and/or telephone if the charge or withdrawal is not successful and (b) Billed Amounts shall be due within fourteen (14) days of such posting.
