Payment Upon Resignation. If a permanent Employee retires or resigns from the service of the City or is otherwise discontinued therefrom, except for cause, he/she shall be entitled to receive a lump sum payment of all accumulated annual leave.

Payment Upon Resignation. Employees will be paid upon resignation of employment for all PTO accrued but unused in accordance with Employer policy.
Payment Upon Resignation. On the next regularly scheduled pay day following the Resignation Date, the Company shall pay to Employee: (i) any earned or accrued, but unpaid Base Salary and vacation through the Resignation Date; and (ii) any unreimbursed business expenses accrued through the Resignation Date. The Company will deduct normal withholdings for federal and state income taxes and payroll taxes. Employee acknowledges that he is not owed any additional compensation, benefits, or payment by virtue of his employment, or termination of employment, except as provided pursuant to any benefit plans in which Employee has participated.

  • Payment Upon Termination In the event that the City or Consultant terminates this Agreement pursuant to Section 8, the City shall compensate the Consultant for all outstanding costs and reimbursable expenses incurred for work satisfactorily completed as of the date of written notice of termination. Consultant shall maintain adequate logs and timesheets in order to verify costs incurred to that date. The City shall have no obligation to compensate Consultant for work not verified by logs or timesheets.
