Payroll Deduction for Association Dues. A. During the term of this Agreement, the Employer agrees to deduct periodic Association dues in accordance with law, from each Association member covered by this Agreement who executes and files with the Employer a proper check-off authorization form. The Association shall furnish the employer with a schedule of dues determined in accordance with law.
