Payroll Deduction for Association Dues. 1. The Board Treasurer will deduct from Association members’ paychecks, where authorized by the member, an amount equal to the total dues listed in the authorization in equal biweekly payments, beginning with the first payroll of October and ending with the second payroll in the month of July. All appropriate authorization data must be filed with the Board Treasurer two (2) weeks prior to the first payroll in October of each year. In the case of resignation or retirement, the remaining dues money will be subtracted from the final paycheck unless a request is made by the staff member in writing not to do so. 2.
