If the Employer and the employee agree that an employee's regular payroll check is not sufficient to cover said employee's total regular net earned wages and if the agreed shortage is equal to at least one (1) regular day's pay or fifty dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater, then the Employer will issue a time check to cover the amount of shortage as soon as is practicable.
