PEOPLE CONTRIBUTIONS. Payroll deductions under Section A. 5 will be established during the month of September and will remain unchanged through the next open enrollment period of September of the following year. The employee will provide a form to the district Treasurer as written authorization for the deduction. The Board will provide the Union with a statement showing the name of each employee and the amount to be deducted from each pay during October through September. The Board will remit any deductions made promptly to the Union.
PEOPLE CONTRIBUTIONS. The County agrees to deduct from the salary of those employees who individually request PEOPLE contributions in an amount specified by the employees. Such contributions will be transferred to AFSCME together with the County’s transfer of Union dues, fair share fees, and related contributions pursuant to Article II of the Agreement.
PEOPLE CONTRIBUTIONS. The employer agrees to deduct from the wages of any employee who is a member of the Union a PEOPLE deduction as provided for in a written authorization. Such authorization must be executed by the employee and may be revoked by the employee at any time by giving written notice to both the employer and the Union. The employer agrees to remit any deductions made pursuant to this provision promptly to the Union together with an itemized statement showing the name of each employee from whose pay such deductions have been made and the amount deducted during the period covered by the remittance. This deduction is authorized by NH RSA 275:48 I. (e).

Upon receipt of an employee’s written authorization on forms provided by the Union, Wishard Health Services agrees to deduct from the employee’s bi-weekly wages a contribution for the Public Employees Organized to Promote Legislative Equality (PEOPLE). Such authorization must be executed by the employee, and may be revoked by the employee at any time by giving written notice to Wishard Health Services. Wishard Health Services agrees to remit any deductions promptly to the Union, together with a list of employees from whose pay deductions were made, and the amount of the deduction.
