PERFORMANCE RAISES - CURRENT UNIT MEMBERS. Unit members who are eligible for a merit or performance increase in accordance with the criteria set forth in the new established rubric system shall receive a payment from a pool of money totaling $33,000.00 for each year of the contract. Payment to unit members shall be made as a one time lump sum payment and shall not be added to the member’s base salary for any purpose whatsoever. The criteria and distribution of monies to unit members shall be mutually agreed upon based on the rubric system which will be developed jointly by the parties subsequent to the ratification and approval of the Memorandum of Agreement. The forgoing system shall be agreed upon and implemented on or before January 1, 2008.

Individuals promoted during the school year prior to January 1 are eligible for a full performance raise in January based on their current salary exclusive of any stipend. Individuals promoted during the school year after January 1 are eligible for a full performance raise in January based on their current salary exclusive of any stipend.
