Period of Participation. 7.1 The School agrees to provide the iPad to the Student/Carer once the agreement is signed and the deposit has been made.
7.2 Subject to clauses 7.3 and 9.2, the provision continues until the end of the agreement.
7.3 The provision may be ended earlier, at the Principal’s absolute discretion if: The student is no longer enrolled with the School; The student is excluded from the School; The student fails to comply with the iPad Rules for Students, or the School’s Student Network/Internet Access Agreement and/or the school’s Internet Usage Policy. The Parent or Guardian fails to comply with the agreed upon payment schedule, as outlined in the IPad Participant Agreement.
7.4 Should the student leave the school during the iPad program, the remaining cost of the program must be paid by the parents/guardians.
Period of Participation. 5.1 The parent/caregiver permits the school to provision the iPad with the necessary software needed to operate within the school’s network prior to connection.
5.2 The parent/caregiver acknowledges that the content added within the school- provisioned applications will be deleted at the end of the agreement or as otherwise directed by the school.
5.3 The agreement may be ended earlier, at the school’s absolute discretion, if: • the student is no longer enrolled with the school; • the student is excluded from the school; • if, in the opinion of the School, the student is not meeting the school’s behaviour and educational requirements, including absenteeism, without appropriate justification; • the parent/caregiver fails to comply with this Agreement or the Student Network / Internet Access Agreement and the School Internet Usage Policy; or • the student fails to comply with the attached iPad Rules for Students or the School’s Student Network / Internet Access Agreement and the School’s Internet Usage Policy.
Period of Participation. 7.1 The School agrees to provide the Laptop to the Student/Carer from the date all parties sign this Agreement and the Student receives the Laptop.
7.2 Subject to clause 7.3, the provision continues until the end of the agreement.
7.3 The provision may be ended earlier, at the School’s absolute discretion, if: the Student is no longer enrolled with the School; the Student is excluded from the School; Note: The Laptop may be retained within the school during any period of suspension. if, in the opinion of the School, the Student is not meeting the School’s behaviour and educational requirements, including absenteeism the Parent/Guardian fails to comply with this Agreement or the Student Network / Internet Access Agreement and the School Internet Usage Policy; or the Student fails to comply with the attached Laptop Rules for Students or the School’s Student Network / Internet Access Agreement and the School’s Internet Usage Policy.
Period of Participation. 1.1 The period of participation is up to 3 years.
1.2 The School agrees to provide the device to the student/guardian from the date all parties sign the Participation Form (which refers to this Participation Agreement) and the full amount has been paid or a deposit of half the amount with a pay- ment arrangement finalised with the School’s finance office.
1.3 The School agrees to provide a 30-day cooling off period from the date the form is signed and before the device is is- sued.
1.4 Provision may be ended earlier, at the School’s absolute discretion, if: • In the opinion of the School, the student is not meeting the School’s behaviour and education requirements, includ- ing failing to appropriately care for the device • The parent/guardian fails to comply with this Agreement or the Student Network/Internet Access Agreement and the School Internet Usage Policy; or • The student fails to comply with the conditions of this Policy

7.3 The provision may be ended earlier, at the School’s absolute discretion, if: • the Student is no longer enrolled with the School; • the Student is excluded from the School; Note: The Laptop may be retained within the school during any period of suspension. • if, in the opinion of the School, the Student is not meeting the School’s behaviour and educational requirements, including absenteeism, fall below 80% without appropriate justification; • the Parent/Guardian fails to comply with this Agreement, the Student Network / Internet Access Agreement, the Student Resource Scheme payment schedule and the School Internet Usage Policy; or • the Student fails to comply with the included Laptop Rules for Students or the School’s Student Network / Internet Access Agreement and the School’s Internet Usage Policy.
Period of Participation. 1.1 The period of participation is up to 3 years. Accidental damage protection (ADP) and warranty is valid for 2 years.
1.2 The School agrees to provide the device to the student/guardian from the date all parties sign the Participation Form (which refers to this Participation Agreement) and the first instalment has been received or if payment arrangement has been finalised with the School’s finance office.
1.3 The provision continues until the end of the agreement.
1.4 The School agrees to provide a 30-day cooling off period from the date the form is signed and before the device is issued.
1.5 Provision may be ended earlier, at the School’s absolute discretion, if: • In the opinion of the School, the student is not meeting the School’s behaviour and education requirements, including failing to appropriately care for the device. • The parent/guardian fails to comply with this Agreement or the Student Network/Internet Access Agreement and the School Internet Usage Policy; or • The student fails to comply with the conditions of this Policy.
Period of Participation. 6.1 The School agrees to provide the Laptop to the Student/Carer a term, semester or a year, depending upon the agreement arrangements; and if payment continues to be maintained throughout the year.
6.2 Subject to clause 6.3, the provision continues until the end of the agreement.
6.3 The provision may be ended earlier, at the School’s absolute discretion, if: the Student is no longer enrolled with the School. the Student is excluded from the School; Note: The Laptop may be retained within the school during any period of suspension. in the opinion of the School, the Student is not meeting the School’s behaviour and educational requirements, including absenteeism falling below a 92% attendance without appropriate justification; the Parent/Guardian fails to comply with this Agreement or the Student Network / Internet Access Agreement and the School Internet Usage Policy; or the Student fails to comply with the attached Laptop Rules for Students or the School’s Student Network / Internet Access Agreement and the School’s Internet Usage Policy. at the end of any school term, a cooperative decision is made by both the school and family that the individual student is not responding positively to the academic opportunities provided by this program.
Period of Participation. Except as otherwise provided herein, Holdings and each Holdings Affiliate which is a Participating Company in a Continental Plan shall cease such participation effective Immediately preceding the IPO Date, and neither Holdings nor any Holdings Affiliate shall be a Participating Company in any Continental Plan as of any time thereafter.
Period of Participation. The PROGRAM will begin on and be effective for a maximum of 2 terms until June 30, 2022; term 1 ending June 30, 2021 and term 2 ending June 30, 2022, unless this MOA is amended as hereinafter provided.
Period of Participation. No period of participation in the Program can commence prior to July 1, 2010. The period of participation must be at least 12 calendar months and can be no more than 24 calendar months. The period of participation must end no later than June 30, 2016, unless the University elects to continue the Program after May 31, 2014. The period of participation must begin on the first day of a calendar month and end on the last day of a calendar month or last day of the fiscal year. Program participation will also end on the date job separation occurs for any other reason.
