INTERNET USAGE POLICY. Improper use of the AGO’s Internet and Internet services can waste time and resources, violate AGO policies, and create legal liability and embarrassment for both the AGO and the User. The AGO’s Internet services include, but are not limited to, e-mail, file transfer protocol, and access to the World Wide Web. This Policy applies to use of the AGO’s Internet and Internet services (collectively the “Internet”) accessed using AGO network resources or paid Internet access methods, and used in a manner that identifies the User with the AGO. User’s authorized Internet access will be provided by the AGO through vendors approved by the Information Technology Services Section of the AGO (“ITS”). All other access methods to the Internet are prohibited. All activities that require use of the AGO’s Internet must be pre-approved by the AGO. Certain activities that require use of the AGO’s Internet are strictly prohibited. Therefore, the User shall not use the AGO’s Internet in connection with any of the following activities: Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or malicious conduct; Engaging in conduct that is beyond the scope of the contract or retention agreement, if applicable, for which User access is granted; Transmitting, downloading, retrieving, or storing offensive, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited material (including, but not limited to, pornographic, X-rated, religious, political, threatening, or racial or sexual harassing content); Harassment of any kind; Monitoring or intercepting the files or electronic communications of AGO employees or third parties; Attempting to test, circumvent, or defeat the security systems of the AGO or any other organization, or accessing or attempting to access the AGO’s or any other organizations’ systems without prior authorization from the AGO; Providing access to anyone other than the User to the AGO Internet and/or network resources without prior authorization from the AGO; Providing anyone access to or disseminating any AGO information/data, regardless of whether or not it is considered confidential or public, and regardless of how the information/data was obtained; Using or accessing social media; Participating in chat rooms, open forum discussions, interactive or instant messaging unless such participation is for business purposes and pre-approved by ITS; Operating a business for personal gain, sending chain letters, or soliciting money in any way for religious, political, charitable, personal, or business purpos...

INTERNET USAGE POLICY. All host families will provide you with internet during your time in their home. However there are some rules that must be followed. There are 3 categories of internet use.
INTERNET USAGE POLICY. All host families will provide you with internet during your time in their home. You are encouraged to use your time on the internet respectfully and in a way that does not disturb others in the home. Most houses have quiet time from latest 10:00pm until 7:00am. If internet usage (i.e. gaming, late night conversations, etc.) are disruptive to the household or are causing disturbance in your ability to get up in the morning for school, staff may need to help you manage your internet usage. Please note the following activities are prohibited: • Downloading illegal software or media (programs, movies, music…) • Accessing adult content (pornography) • Gambling • Spending excessive amounts of time online that interferes with your studies, sleep or academics • Other activities that consume a large amount of bandwidth International students need approval by VIE to travel to Vancouver or any other city. If students would like to travel overnight outside of Victoria, they need parental authorization from their natural parent. If travelling out of the country, students must ensure they have the correct travel documents to enter that specific country. Students who wish to travel outside of Victoria must apply to the Program Office for permission and do the following: • Pick up a Student Travel Application from their International Advisor, VIE Program Office (Uplands Campus) or online: Student Travel Application • Complete ALL the information on the form and discuss it with their Homestay family. The host family must conduct their due diligence to verify the information before signing. • Return the form to the VIE Program Office, fax it to 250 -592- 6327 or email it to xxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx at least 7 days prior to travel. If complete information has not been given, travel will not be approved. Last minute requests or late forms will not be approved. • any serious physical or mental health issue that the student develops after acceptance into the program, including but not limited to the following: a contagious disease, pregnancy, eating disorder, or addiction.   • Internet Warnings If the Settling Entity offers for sale any of the Products to California consumers through websites such as xxxxxx.xxx that are not reformulated as set forth in subsection 2.2 above, it shall ensure that the required warning (with the language set forth in subsection 2.3 above) is prominently displayed to the purchaser prior to completion of the transaction without requiring the potential buyer to use considerable effort to be made aware of the health hazard advisory.   • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • DNS name server availability Refers to the ability of a public-­‐DNS registered “IP address” of a particular name server listed as authoritative for a domain name, to answer DNS queries from an Internet user. All the public DNS-­‐registered “IP address” of all name servers of the domain name being monitored shall be tested individually. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes get undefined/unanswered results from “DNS tests” to a name server “IP address” during a given time, the name server “IP address” will be considered unavailable.

  • Internet Traffic Any traffic that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission.

  • Personal Car Usage 7.1 Personal vehicle usage will be reimbursed in an amount equal to the standard mileage rate allowed by the IRS. 7.2 Per code of Federal Regulations, Title 26, Subtitle A, Chapter 1, Subchapter B, Part IX, Section 274(d), all expense reimbursement requests must include the following: 7.2.1.1 Date 7.2.1.2 Destination 7.2.1.3 Purpose 7.2.1.4 Name of traveler(s) 7.2.1.5 Correspondence that verifies business purpose of the expense 7.3 The mileage for a personal vehicle must document the date, location of travel to/from, number of miles traveled and purpose of trip. 7.4 Mileage will be reimbursed on the basis of the most commonly used route. 7.5 Reimbursement for mileage shall not exceed the cost of a round trip coach airfare. 7.6 Reimbursement for mileage shall be prohibited between place of residence and usual place of work. 7.7 Mileage should be calculated from employee’s regular place of work or their residence, whichever is the shorter distance when traveling to a meeting or traveling to Williamson County, Texas for vendors who are located outside of the Williamson County Courthouse, 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 by at least a 45-mile radius. 7.8 When more than one person travels in same vehicle, only one person may claim mileage reimbursement. 7.9 Tolls, if reasonable, are reimbursable. Receipts are required for reimbursement. If a receipt is not obtainable, then written documentation of expense must be submitted for reimbursement (administrative fees on Tolls will not be reimbursed). 7.10 Parking fees, if reasonable are reimbursable for meetings and hotel stays. For vendors who contract with a third party for visitor parking at vendor’s place of business, Williamson County will not reimburse a vendor based on a percentage of its contracted visitor parking fees. Rather, Williamson County will reimburse Vendor for visitor parking on an individual basis for each time a visitor uses Vendor’s visitor parking. Receipts are required for reimbursement. If a receipt is not obtainable, then written documentation of expense must be submitted for reimbursement. 7.11 Operating and maintenance expenses as well as other personal expenses, such as parking tickets, traffic violations, and car repairs and collision damage are not reimbursable.

  • Internet We will provide internet service to you for your noncommercial use. You acknowledge that the internet service is a shared service. We have no duty to you to edit, censor, review or take any responsibility for any information you or your guests may create, place on the internet, or view. You shall not use the internet we provide to engage in any criminal, illegal or unauthorized activity and any such use is a default of this Lease. Any violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") is a breach of this Lease. You shall not attempt to degrade the performance of the internet service or hamper the ability of others to use the internet. You shall not use rogue devices, including wireless routers or modems, or take any measurers to interfere with our internet systems by configuring devices connected to our network so that they can communicate on our network using the internet protocol. Your use of the internet is at your sole risk and we are not responsible for your equipment, programs or software. Although we strive to provide superior internet service and sufficient bandwidth to our residents, we are not responsible for slow internet or other residents taking up significant bandwidth. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INTERRUPT YOUR INTERNET SERVICE IN RESPONSE TO A BREACH OF THIS LEASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A FAILURE TO PAY RENT OR A VIOLATION OF THIS PARAGRAPH 6.

  • Local Circuit Switching Capability, including Tandem Switching Capability 4.1.3.1 Definition 4.1.3.2 Notwithstanding BellSouth’s general duty to unbundle local circuit switching, BellSouth shall not be required to unbundle local circuit switching for <<customer_name>> when <<customer_name>> serves end-users with four (4) or more voice-grade (DS-0) equivalents or lines in locations served by BellSouth’s local circuit switches, which are in the following MSAs: Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Orlando, FL; Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Charlotte-Gastonia-Rock Hill, NC; Greensboro-Winston Salem-High Point, NC; Nashville, TN; and New Orleans, LA, and BellSouth has provided non-discriminatory cost based access to the Enhanced Extended Link (EEL) throughout Density Zone 1 as determined by NECA Tariff No. 4 as in effect on January 1, 1999. 4.1.3.3 In the event that <<customer_name>> orders local circuit switching for a single end user account name at a single physical end user location with four (4) or more 2-wire voice-grade loops from a BellSouth central office in an MSA listed above, BellSouth shall charge <<customer_name>> the market based rate in Exhibit C for use of the local circuit switching functionality for the affected facilities. 4.1.3.4 A featureless port is one that has a line port, switching facilities, and an interoffice port. A featured port is a port that includes all features then capable or a number of then capable features specifically requested by <<customer_name>>. Any features that are not currently then capable but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the NBR/BFR process. 4.1.3.5 BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> customized routing of calls: (i) to a requested directory assistance services platform; (ii) to an operator services platform pursuant to Section 10 of Attachment 2; (iii) for <<customer_name>>’s PIC’ed toll traffic in a two (2) PIC environment to an alternative OS/DA platform designated by <<customer_name>>. <<customer_name>> customers may use the same dialing arrangements as BellSouth customers. 4.1.3.6 Remote Switching Module functionality is included in Switching Capability. The switching capabilities used will be based on the line side features they support. 4.1.3.7 Switching Capability will also be capable of routing local, intraLATA, interLATA, and calls to international customer’s preferred carrier; call features (e.g. call forwarding) and Centrex capabilities. 4.1.3.8 Where required to do so in order to comply with an effective Commission order, BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> purchasing local BellSouth switching and reselling BellSouth local exchange service under Attachment 1, selective routing of calls to a requested directory assistance services platform or operator services platform. <<customer_name>> customers may use the same dialing arrangements as BellSouth customers, but obtain a <<customer_name>> branded service.
