Period of Possession. The term of this Student Technology Device Use Agreement is from August 9, 2020 until the last day of distance learning, as determined by the School, unless earlier terminated by the School or upon a student’s withdrawal from the School, whichever is earlier. The Student or the School may terminate this Agreement at any time by written notice. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Student must immediately surrender to the School the assigned technology device and all accessories.
Period of Possession. The term of this Use Agreement is for the 2020-2021 school year or until withdrawal from the district, whichever is earlier. The Student, Parent/Guardian or WASD may terminate this agreement at any time by written or electronic notice.
Period of Possession. The term of this Use Agreement is from to , or until transfer to another campus, or withdrawal from the district, whichever is earlier. The Student or AISD may terminate this agreement at any time by written notice.
Period of Possession. The term of this Equipment Use Agreement is from to , or until transfer to another campus, matriculation, or withdrawal from the Dallas ISD, whichever is earlier. The Student or Dallas ISD may terminate this agreement at any time by written notice.
Period of Possession. The term of this Use Agreement commences on the date the equipment is received and terminates on the date of separation.
Period of Possession. During the term of this Agreement, Lessee shall have exclusive use of the premises for fourteen (14) days during the dates specified for the Xxxxxx County Fair and use of a portion of the premises for an additional twenty-two (22) days throughout each year for meetings, tag ins, miscellaneous fund raisers, and the like.

The term of this Student Technology Device Use Agreement is from August 7, 2023 until the last day of the 2023–2024 school year, as determined by Life School, unless earlier terminated by Life School or upon a student’s withdrawal from Life School, whichever is earlier. The Student or Life School may terminate this Agreement at any time by written notice. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Student must immediately surrender to Life School the assigned technology device and all accessories.
Period of Possession. The term of this Use Agreement is for a period Commences on (previously stated) and terminates on (previously stated) or when programme/event ends. This Period of Possession may be extended by entering into a new equipment use agreement. During this time DSP/ DCCC/FRC can at any time request usage of the equipment for any event being organised by DSP/ DCCC/FRC. However sufficient notice will be given in this regard.
Period of Possession. The term of this Use Agreement is for a period of , commencing on (date) and terminating on or date of employee’s reassignment, relocation, resignation or termination from AISD, whichever is sooner. This Period of Possession may be extended by entering into a new equipment use agreement. If employee desires to renew the agreement it will, at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the agreement, notify Employer at (address) by written notice of its request to renew the agreement.
