Permanent Schedule Changes Employees’ workweeks and work schedules may be permanently changed with prior notice from the Employer. Overtime-eligible employees will receive ten (10) calendar days’ written notice of a permanent schedule change. The day notification is given is considered the first day of notice. Notice will normally be given to the affected employees during their scheduled working hours. If an affected employee is on extended leave, notice may be sent to the employee’s last known address.
For Lump Sum Change Order The payment and extension of time (if any) provided by this Change Order constitutes compensation in full to the Contractor and its Subcontractors and Suppliers for all costs and markups directly and indirectly attributable to the Change Order herein, for all delays related thereto and for performance of changes within the time stated.
Change in Scope of Work Any change in the scope of the Work, method of performance, nature of materials or price thereof, or any other matter materially affecting the performance or nature of the Work shall not be paid for or accepted unless such change, addition, or deletion is approved in advance and in writing by a valid change order executed by the District. Contractor specifically understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the District shall have the right to request any alterations, deviations, reductions, or additions to the Project or Work, and the cost thereof shall be added to or deducted from the amount of the Contract Price by fair and reasonable valuations. Contractor also agrees to provide the District with all information requested to substantiate the cost of the change order and to inform the District whether the Work will be done by the Contractor or a subcontractor. In addition to any other information requested, Contractor shall submit, prior to approval of the change order, its request for a time extension (if any), as well as all information necessary to substantiate its belief that such change will delay the completion of the Work. If Contractor fails to submit its request for a time extension or the necessary supporting information, it shall be deemed to have waived its right to request such extension.
Work Schedule Changes 215. It is agreed that pursuant to the exercise of management rights, normal work schedules may be changed without mutual agreement, subject to compliance with other provisions of this Agreement. However, it is agreed that the effects of consequences of such changes are subject to the meet and confer obligation to the extent required by state law.
Alternate Work Schedule An alternate work schedule is any work schedule where an employee is regularly scheduled to work five (5) days per week, but the employee’s regularly scheduled two (2) days off are NOT Saturday and Sunday.
Continuous, Intermittent, and Reduced Work Schedule Leave All leave granted under this Article shall normally be for a continuous period of time for each incident. An employee shall be permitted to take intermittent leave or work on a reduced schedule to take care of a family member with a serious health condition or for his/her own serious health condition when it is medically necessary. Management may require the employee to transfer temporarily to an available alternative position with equivalent compensation for which the employee is qualified that accommodates recurring periods of leave better than the employee’s regular position. Employees who elect a part-time schedule shall receive prorated compensated time off benefits in accordance with Section 4.110 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code during the duration of their part-time schedule. In accordance with the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), leave for the birth, adoption or xxxxxx care placement of a child of an employee (“bonding” leave) does not have to be taken in one continuous period of time. Under CFRA, the basic minimum duration of bonding leave is two weeks, and on any two occasions an employee is entitled to such bonding leave for a time period of not less than one day but less than two weeks’ duration. Any other form of intermittent leave, or work on a reduced schedule, for the purpose of bonding leave shall only be permitted at the discretion of Management. Bonding leave must be concluded within one year of the birth or placement of the child.
Termination/Changes We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to discontinue the provision of your electronic Communications, or to terminate or change the terms and conditions on which we provide electronic Communications. We will provide you with notice of any such termination or change as required by law.
Normal Work Schedule 130. Compensation fixed herein on a per diem basis are for a normal eight-hour work day; and on a bi-weekly basis for a bi-weekly period of service consisting of normal work schedules.
Change Order (5) The Change Order is then submitted to the Project Manager who immediately processes the CO with OPC as required by Bulletin 3.5 and BGS’ Contracting Plan.
Work Schedule A 4/10 work schedule is four (4) ten hour days in a seven (7) day period, for a total of forty (40) hours per week.
