Permanent Committee. 1. There is a Permanent Committee whose duty it is to make decisions:
Permanent Committee. For the preparation of any new piecework prices that are to be valid in the area, the organisations appoint a permanent commit- tee comprising 6 members, of which half are elected by em- ployer representatives and half by employee representatives. The result of the committee’s work is to be approved by the or- ganisations. For the resolution of ongoing cases, a working committee is ap- pointed, comprising one representative from each organisation. For this working committee, the same deadlines apply as those specified in Subsection 4.
Permanent Committee. 1. The Board of Management may delegate its powers, so far as it thinks fit, to a Permanent Committee consisting of six (6) members. One (1) of the members shall be chosen from the representatives of the preference shareholders of Group A, if they so require.
Permanent Committee. The Permanent Committee, which consists of appointed representatives of the member organizations of ASÍ, on the one hand, and representatives of SA, on the other hand, supervises the execution of the agreement for the duration of the project period in major development. See further the agreement’s Section 7.
Permanent Committee. A group of permanent members from both Bar Associations shall be created in order to facilitate greater cooperation and follow-up between both Bars.
Permanent Committee. There shall be a permanent PK-12 Regional School District Committee consisting of eight members, four of whom shall be residents and registered voters of the Town of Freetown and four of whom shall be residents and registered voters of the Town of Lakeville.
Permanent Committee. Appointment A Permanent Committee, consisting of six representatives, shall operate for the duration of each project. On behalf of ASÍ appointments shall be made from members of its Negotiation Committee and representatives of its relevant affiliates who have the greatest vested interest in the area where the construction site is situated. SA shall appoint three representatives to the Permanent Committee.

The outcome of the committee's work is approved by the unions. A working committee consisting of one representative from each union is set up to resolve ongoing issues. For this working committee, the same deadlines apply as mentioned in Subsection 4.
