Common use of Permanent-Intermittent Employees Clause in Contracts

Permanent-Intermittent Employees. Permanent Intermittent employees, including project employees, who meet all of the following criteria will be paid a one-time lump sum payment on or about May 10, 2012: 1. The employee must be employed by the County on or before January 1, 2012; 2. The employee must be employed on a permanent intermittent basis on April 1, 2012; and 3. The employee must be in a classification represented by one of the following employee organizations on April 1, 2012: a. Public Employees Union, Local One b. Public Employees Union, Local One, CSB- Site Supervisor Unit c. United Clerical ,Technical & Specialized Employees, AFSCME, Local 2700 d. Professional & Technical Employees, AFSCME, Local 512 e. Western Council of Engineers
