Common use of Permanent Part-Time Employee Clause in Contracts

Permanent Part-Time Employee. An Employee hired on a permanent basis who has successfully completed their required probationary period and regularly works a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours but less than the hours worked by a Permanent Full-Time Employee.

Permanent Part-Time Employee. An Employee hired on employee that has completed the probationary period in a permanent basis who has successfully completed their required probationary period position and is regularly works a minimum of twenty-four scheduled to work less than forty (2440) hours but less than the hours worked by a Permanent Full-Time Employeeper week.

Permanent Part-Time Employee.
