Common use of Permanent Part-Time Employee Clause in Contracts

Permanent Part-Time Employee. A permanent part-time employee is one who has made application for and interviewed for a posted part-time vacancy, (under thirty (30) hours per week) for fifty-two (52) weeks per year and has been approved for regular employment by formal school board action. Casual substitutes or seasonal employees shall not be considered permanent part-time employees.
