Prior to the start of any construction, foundation work, or installation of any structure or other improvement upon the PROPERTY, seek and obtain approval from the City Site Plan Review Coordinator and City Plan Commission of the Site Plan, Conditional Use Permit and exterior appearance of every structure, improvement, and implementation proposed by the DEVELOPER upon and/or for the FACILITY and PROPERTY.
The City anticipates committing approximately $3,400,000 in City Loan Funds for Rental Phase 2 and approximately $1,000,000 in City Site Funds relating to Rental Phase 2 Public Improvements, with final amounts subject to City Council approval.

Landlord disclaims any employee, agent, or invitee relationship with any person whose presence at any City Site is through Tenant.
Tenant shall keep such gate properly locked and secured against trespassers, and shall not allow access to the City Site other than by its authorized employees and contractors.
