City Site definition

City Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which any Services are performed by the Consultant;
City Site means any site established, owned, or controlled by the city, and described in Schedule A to this By-law for:
City Site means any site(s) owned or controlled by the City, where the Requirements are to be performed, including but not limited to: virtual access whereby remote access to data is gained to a City system and/or City account via electronic means; and direct or indirect access to City account information held by the contractor and sub- contractor(s) if any;

  • Prior to the start of any construction, foundation work, or installation of any structure or other improvement upon the PROPERTY, seek and obtain approval from the City Site Plan Review Coordinator and City Plan Commission of the Site Plan, Conditional Use Permit and exterior appearance of every structure, improvement, and implementation proposed by the DEVELOPER upon and/or for the FACILITY and PROPERTY.

City Site means that portion of the Project located on approximately .38 acres of land which is a portion of Wisconsin Avenue right-of-way which the Manager occupies pursuant to the City Agreements and is legally described Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Related to City Site

  • City’s Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which the Services are performed by the Consultant;
