Common use of Personal and Family Leave Clause in Contracts

Personal and Family Leave. An employee will be granted leave of absence with pay to a maximum of three (3) working days a year for purposes of attending to the issues of the employee’s family. All such paid leave to be deducted from the employee’s accumulated sick leave credits.
