PERSONAL AUTOMOBILE EXPENSE. If an employee is required by the Employer to use his/her own automobile in the course of his/her employment, he/she shall be paid in accord with the amount allowed and recommended by the Internal Revenue Service at the time of usage. However, in the alternative, the Township may furnish a vehicle for the employee’s use.

PERSONAL AUTOMOBILE EXPENSE. An employee who is required to use their own automobile during working hours will be paid in accord with the amount recommended by the Internal Revenue Service for mileage at the time of usage. By accepting this policy, the employees waive any right to have their automobile washed.
