Personal Data to be shared. The following information may be shared by House of Commons and House of Lords with the Parliamentary Works Sponsor Body and the Restoration & Renewal Delivery Authority Limited under this DSA: • Primary and secondary consultation data sets • Accommodation Schedules • Space Utilisation Data The parties acknowledge that the information being shared in accordance with this DSA includes special categories of personal data associated with use of the Parliamentary Estates by all users. Each party is aware of its enhanced responsibilities and obligations in respect of such data in accordance with the GDPR and Data Protection Xxx 0000. The information being shared may contain special categories of personal data because it may involve the processing of Personal Data revealing: • racial or ethnic origin • political opinions • religious or philosophical beliefs • trade union membership • data concerning a natural person’s sexual life or sexual orientation

  • Personal Data Registry Operator shall (i) notify each ICANN-­‐accredited registrar that is a party to the registry-­‐registrar agreement for the TLD of the purposes for which data about any identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Data”) submitted to Registry Operator by such registrar is collected and used under this Agreement or otherwise and the intended recipients (or categories of recipients) of such Personal Data, and (ii) require such registrar to obtain the consent of each registrant in the TLD for such collection and use of Personal Data. Registry Operator shall take reasonable steps to protect Personal Data collected from such registrar from loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction. Registry Operator shall not use or authorize the use of Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with the notice provided to registrars.

  • Processing Personal Data 40.1. The Company is the data controller in the relevant jurisdiction.   • Personal Days Employee shall be entitled to three (3) personal days annually, pro-rated for any partial year of employment, the unused portion of which shall accumulate as sick days.
