Common use of Personal Holiday Credit Clause in Contracts

Personal Holiday Credit. Employees are entitled to accrue two (2) hours of personal holiday credit each month. This time is prorated for part time employees. No employee may accrue more than forty (40) hours of personal holiday credit. On separation from County service, employees are paid for any unused personal holiday credit hours at the employee's then current rate of pay, up to a maximum of forty (40) hours.
