Personal Leave Incentive Program. By June 30th of each school year, the employee may submit in writing to the Business Office their request to cash out up to three (3) unused personal leave days (24 hours). Unused personal leave will be compensated for each day at the substitute rate on the July warrant. Any days beyond the maximum five banked days (40 hours) will be cashed out and paid on the July warrant.
Personal Leave Incentive Program. Any employee who does not use any paid personal leave days in a given work year shall receive two days’ pay based on the employee’s regular work day for the year. Payment shall be forwarded to the employee in the second paycheck issued after July 1.
