Unused Personal Leave Days. Unused personal leave days will be credited to sick leave and shall be counted toward the accumulation of the one hundred forty (140) days of sick leave.

Unused Personal Leave Days. Unused personal leave days may not accumulate; however, any days of unused personal leave shall be credited as days of disability leave unless the teacher has accumulated the maximum allotment of 185 disability leave days.
Unused Personal Leave Days. If a staff member does not use all three (3) of his or her PL Days, they are considered “unused PL.” Any unused PL days will be automatically transferred into the individual teacher’s accumulated sick leave days. Staff members are allowed to transfer two (2) unused PL Days, per year, into the following year’s PL. In this circumstance, the staff will then accumulate his or her PL for a total of five (5) days the following year.
Unused Personal Leave Days. Effective August 31, 2003 and every first paycheck in September thereafter, employees will be paid for any unused personal days, unless they exercise an option to carry-over up to two (2) unused days, or apply the cash equivalent of any or all unused days to their 403(b) account; or choose any combination of pay, two-day maximum carry-over or 403(b) contribution.
Unused Personal Leave Days. Unless requested by the educator to be rolled into accumulated sick leave, all unused personal leave days shall be paid at the end of the school or fiscal year at a rate of $200 per day.   • Personal Leave of Absence The Administrator may grant a request for leave of absence for personal reasons without pay provided that he receives at least one (1) month's clear notice, in writing, unless impossible, and provided that such leave may be arranged without undue inconvenience to the normal operations of the Nursing Home. Employees when applying for such leave shall indicate the proposed date of departure and return. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.
