PERSONNEL ASSIGNED TO PROJECT. 7.1 The CONSULTANT shall assign only qualified personnel to perform any services concerning this Project. SECTION 9 INCORPORATION OF CONTINUING SERVICES AGREEMENT All terms and conditions of the CONTINUING SERVICES AGREEMENT between the CITY and the CONSULTANT dated, October 27, 2010 not specifically modified by this Project Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and are incorporated into and made a part of this Project Agreement by this reference as though set forth in full.
