  • Project Approach € Project schedules and budgets are reviewed by the Project Manager on a weekly basis during our company-wide Project Managers Meeting using project status reports generated by our control software (Deltek Vision). Progress is compared to the schedule and budget to ensure adequate resources are available and that necessary coordination is occurring. Costs are reported real time, with actual labor based on time sheet entry and actual expense costs based on invoices. The reporting system can be customized to track specific tasks or efforts in multiple categories, making it flexible enough to adapt to any project specific requirements. We hold regular project coordination meetings to facilitate communication and information transfer among the design team. These meetings are held weekly and are supplemented with e-mail communication, as well as telephone conversations. We hold monthly project status meetings with your project manager to update project status, discuss priorities, and receive direction from City staff. This provides an opportunity for communication and information to flow openly between the City and the design team. These meetings are supplemented by communications that will occur via e-mail and telephone. We conduct meetings with other agencies and stakeholders impacted by the work as needed. E-mail and telephone communication work well for quick questions or minor issues, but we have found that the most effective means of communication with other agencies and stakeholders is the “old-fashioned” face- to-face mexxxxx.   • Feasibility Study Buyer will, at Buyer's expense and within ____ days from Effective Date ("Feasibility Study Period"), determine whether the Property is suitable, in Buyer's sole and absolute discretion, for ___________________ use. During the Feasibility Study Period, Buyer may conduct a Phase I environmental assessment and any other tests, analyses, surveys and investigations ("Inspections") that Buyer deems necessary to determine to Buyer's satisfaction the Property's engineering, architectural and environmental properties; zoning and zoning restrictions; subdivision statutes; soil and grade; availability of access public roads, water, and other utilities; consistency with local, state and regional growth management plans, availability of permits, government approvals, and licenses; and other inspections that Buyer deems appropriate to determine the Property's suitability for the Buyer's intended use. If the Property must be rezoned, Buyer will obtain the rezoning from the appropriatx xxxernment agencies. Seller will sign all documents Buyer is required to file in connection with development or rezoning approvals. Seller gives Buyer, its agents, contractors and assigns, the right to enter the Property at any time during the Feasibility Study Period for the purpose of conducting inspections; provided, however, that Buyer, its agents, contractors and assigns enter the Property and conduct inspections at their own risk. Buyer will indemnify and hold Seller harmless from xxxxes, damages, costs, claims and expenses of any nature, including attorney's fees, expenses and liability incurred in application for rezoning or related proceedings, and from liability to any person, arising from the conduct of any and all inspections of any work authorized by Buyer. Buyer will not engage in any activity that xxxxx result in a construction lien being filed against the Property without Seller's prior written consent. Buyer will deliver written notice to Seller prior to the expiration of the Feasibility Study Period of Buyer's determination of whether or not the Properxx xx acceptable. Buyer's failure to comply with this notice requirement will constitute acceptance of the Property as suitable for Buyer's intended use in its "as is" condition. If the Property is unacceptable to Buyer and written notice of this fact is timely delivered to Seller, this Contract will be deemed terminated as of the day after the Feasibility Study period ends and Buyer's deposit(s) will be returned after Escrow Axxxx receives proper authorization form all interested parties.

  • Project Completion Part 1 – Material Completion

  • Landlord Approval (Check one) ☐ Tenant requires Landlord’s written approval to sublet the Premises. In the event that the Original Lease requires the approval of Landlord prior to any subletting of the Premises by Tenant, then the validity of this Sublease is subject to securing the approval of Landlord. Tenant shall supply Subtenant a copy of Landlord’s written approval at least days prior to the start date of the Term. Should Tenant fail to secure approval of this Sublease by Landlord prior such date, this Sublease shall be null and void. Landlord may require information from Subtenant such as a bank statement or may seek to do a background and credit check on Subtenant and, in such case, Subtenant agrees to reasonably cooperate in all such matters. ☐ Tenant does NOT require Landlord’s written approval to sublet the Premises.

  • Final Approval Hearing “Final Approval Hearing” shall mean the hearing at which the Court will consider and finally decide whether to enter the Final Judgment.

  • Diligent Completion The Company agrees to use its reasonable efforts to cause the completion of the Project as soon as practicable, but in any event on or prior to the end of the Investment Period.

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.

  • Project Completion Date It is agreed between the Parties that the Project Completion Date is <END DATE, YEAR>. If the Project is not completed by such date then, subject to an amendment agreed to between the Parties, Alberta Innovates may elect to terminate this Investment Agreement. In such event, Alberta Innovates will notify the Applicant of its decision to terminate as soon as reasonably practical and shall advise the Applicant of the effective date of termination. Alberta Innovates will have no liability or obligation to reimburse the Applicant for any Project Costs incurred after the effective date of termination and may require the Applicant to return any portions of the Investment which were spent on Ineligible Expenses. Additionally, any portion of the Investment not used and accounted for in accordance with this Agreement as of the Project Completion Date or earlier termination is repayable by the Applicant to AI at AI’s request.

  • Program Changes Contractor agrees to inform the County of any alteration in program or service delivery at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the change, or as soon as reasonably feasible.
