Pick Up Times. Award Bidder shall pickup or coordinate pickup of the VEHICLEs at the place designated by ARS. Total loss VEHICLES must be picked up in accordance with applicable tow contract. Non-total loss VEHICLEs much be picked up within 48 hours of receipt of assignment from ARS. Award Bidder shall contact the location where the VEHICLEs is being stored prior to pickup in order to arrange a mutually convenient pickup time.

Pick Up Times. Full day and afternoon part day campers must be pick up by 6:00pm. Part day morning campers must be picked up by noon, if they are staying for lunch they may be picked by at 1:00pm. There will be a $1.00 dollar per minute late fee for any child that is not picked up by their contracted time. A child that is picked late three times may be asked to leave the program. If parents do not arrive at camp by 6:30pm (and no other emergency contact has arrived), the child will be declared abandoned and released to the Temple City Sheriffs for protection. If that should happen please contact the Temple City Sheriffs at (000) 000-0000.

Pick Up Times. It is a courtesy of Family Achievement Center to allow parents/legal guardians or caregivers to leave the premises during their child’s appointment. However, it is very important to be back on the premises 15 minutes before the patient’s appointment is scheduled to end so the therapist can discuss treatment with the parent/legal guardian or caregiver. If Family Achievement Center notices chronic tardiness in picking up children, we may ask the parent/legal guardian/ caregiver to stay during the patient’s treatment. Furthermore, we reserve the right to charge a fee of $2.00 for each minute the patient’s parent/legal guardian or caregiver is tardy in picking up the patient following the end of a scheduled appointment.

Cub Club will access a $10.00 fee plus $2 per minute per family each minute after 6:30pm until my child is picked up.   • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.

  • Wash-Up Time 37.01 Where the Employer determines there is a clear-cut need, wash-up time, to a maximum of ten (10) minutes immediately before the end of a work period, will be permitted.

  • Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.

  • Make-up Time An employee may elect, with the consent of the employer, to work make-up time under which the employee takes time off during ordinary hours, and works those hours at a later time, during the spread of ordinary hours provided in the Agreement.

  • Minimum Call-Back Time All employees who are called out and required to work in an emergency outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates and shall be paid from the time they leave home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly from work.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.

  • Crib Time (i) When an Employee is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time for the day or shift for two hours or more, he/she shall be allowed to take, without deduction of pay, a crib time of twenty minutes in duration immediately after such ceasing time and thereafter, after each four hours of continuous work, he/she shall be allowed to take also, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 30 minutes in duration. (ii) In the event of an Employee remaining at work after the usual ceasing time without taking the crib time of twenty minutes and continuing at work for a period of two hours or more, he/she shall be regarded as having worked twenty minutes more than the time worked and be paid accordingly.

  • Work Day and Work Week The normal work day shall consist of up to 8 hours of work within a 24-hour period. The normal work week shall consist of up to 40 hours of work within a 7-day period. The Employer may define the work week on an individual, department, shift or facility basis in accordance with Federal and State law.

  • Minimum Call-In Time 1. Any employee called in to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work, shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay. 2. If an employee is assigned to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work, he/she shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay.

  • Additional Time If because of events beyond the Design Professional’s reasonable control, it is not able to meet the specified time period, then it should be entitled to ask the Owner for additional time, which request shall not be unreasonably denied.
