Late Pick Up. Parents that are running late due to an emergency must communicate with the school accordingly. Please note that a late pick-up fee will be charged for students remaining after 6:00 p.m. The late pick-up charge is $1.00 per minute. All late pick-up fees are due no later than the following school day. Failure to submit timely late payment fees will result in termination of aftercare services. Please note that 5 late pickups will result in cancellation of after care services without a refund. Refunds/credits will not be issued for absences due to any reason.

Late Pick Up. Unless prior arrangements have been made with the school, a charge of $12.00 per hour will be applied, starting fifteen minutes after your child’s scheduled pick-up time. A late pick up fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged after 6:00pm.

Holidays: Centre will be closed during statutory holiday. Statutory Holiday are charged in full except for any hours attested as 20 Hours ECE. You are entitled to 3 weeks annual leave at a reduced rate of 50% off your normal fee during the year. You need to ensure the Centre is notified in writing 3 week prior to your leave date. Failure to do so will result in full fees being charged to your account.
Late Pick Up. An authorized representative must pick up the child prior to the agreed upon time noted above. The Parent/Guardian agrees to pay the ELC a late fee of $2.00 per minute for each minute after the agreed upon time. If the child remains in the Center after closing, a staff member from the ELC will first call the Parent/Guardian and then the emergency contacts listed on the Identification and Emergency Information Form. A staff member will stay with the child until picked up. Fees for late pick up are due and payable within two days. Repeated lateness is cause for termination of enrollment.
