Planning and Conference Period. 1. The Board will semiannually pay a teacher who is employed for instructional purposes, and whose schedule does not include a planning period during the regular instructional day, a stipend of Two Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Nine Dollars ($2,369.00) per semester.
