SALARY SCHEDULE AND INDEX. A. The base salary shall be Forty One Thousand Two Hundred Forty Seven Dollars ($41,247) for the 2021-2022 school year.
SALARY SCHEDULE AND INDEX. For the period of August 1, 2018 through July 31, 2019, the Bachelor’s base salary shall be $36,935. For the period of August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020, the Bachelor’s base salary shall be $37,674. For the period of August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021, the Bachelor’s base salary shall be $38,616. In addition, in the 2019-2020 school year there will be a one-time lump sum payment, not on the base, of $500 for those members up through Step 27 who do not receive a Step increase in the 2019-2020 school year.

XXXXX Xxxxxxx: In recognition of the additional work that was required to provide educational services during the 2020-2021 school year as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, each member employed during the full 2020-2021 school year will receive a one-time $1,000 lump sum stipend, not on the base, to be paid on or before June 30, 2021. Members who were employed only during the second semester of the 2020-2021 school year will receive a one-time $500 lump sum stipend, not on the base.
