PLANNING CLERK PROGRESSION. Employees will move up to the next level in their classification based on their anniversary date. For example, an employee who has 35 months service as a Planning clerk will be placed into the Planning Clerk 3 wage rate and will move to the Planning clerk 4 wage rate upon reaching 36 months of service. Employees who post from Planning clerk to Xxxx clerk will be placed in the appropriate Xxxx clerk wage rate based on their length of service as a Planning clerk. For example, a Planning clerk 3 or 4 would move immediately to the Xxxx clerk 3 rate upon being accepted for an Xxxx clerk posting. A Planning clerk 2 with 23 months of service will move immediately to the Xxxx clerk 2 rate upon being accepted for an Xxxx clerk posting and then to the Xxxx clerk 3 rate the following month

  • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

Any Party may, at any time, request a progress report from the Developer or Connecting Transmission Owner.
