Plans/Drawings specifications and documents a) the value of the materials as stationery and the cost of clerical labour involved in their reproduction and not the value to you of the information they contain; b) £10,000 for all claims in total during the period of insurance.
Plans/Drawings. 3.1 The Employer shall furnish the Plumbing Contractor without charge, with as many copies of all drawings and/or specifications and/or blank Bills of Quantities and such additional drawings or instructions as are reasonably necessary for the execution of the Plumbing Works. 3.2 Plans prepared by third parties Where the plans have been prepared by a third party, the Employer hereby specifically authorises the Plumbing Contractor to submit the plans for and on his behalf for approval to the Local Authority, township owner or other statutory body concerned and hereby instructs him so to submit the said plans within 7 days of the signing hereof. The responsibility for obtaining such approval remains with the Employer who shall be obliged to notify the Plumbing Contractor in writing of all the requirements of the said body, and if submitted by the Plumbing Contractor the cost of obtaining such approval shall be for the account of the Employer. 3.3 Plans prepared by the Plumbing Contractor Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or elsewhere contained, the Employer hereby specifically and separately authorises the Plumbing Contractor to prepare working drawings for the Plumbing Works and to submit such plans for and on behalf of the Employer for approval to the Local Authority concerned and to pay the necessary plan sub-mission fees on the Employer’s behalf and to apply for and pay all the fees and deposits in connection with the installation of a water supply and other utilities to the property. 3.4 In the event of any suspensive condition contained in this Agreement not being fulfilled, this clause shall be considered to be severable form the rest of this Agreement and in such event the Employer shall be obliged to pay the Plumbing Contractor the sum of R N/A, in respect of the abovementioned services, in which event ownership shall vest in the Employer. Should the contract, however, be proceeded with, then the aforesaid sum shall be deemed to be part of the Contract Sum. 3.5 In the event of the Local Authority, morgagee, township owner or other statutory body of the Employer, at any time or for any reason whether before, during or after the construction of the Works, requiring any alteration, variation or amendment to the drawings and/or specifications involving the Plumbing Contractor in additional expense, the cost of complying with such alteration, variation or amendment shall be borne and paid for by the Employer.
Plans/Drawings. The Developer shall submit plans in a format acceptable to Hydro Ottawa showing all existing and planned rights of way, existing or proposed easements, water mains, sewers, gas mains, telephone cables, cablevision cables and other buried facilities with respect to the Lands. The Developer shall further provide Hydro Ottawa with copies of a plan showing the location of all dwellings their respective driveways and parking areas and non-residential developments on the Lands to the satisfaction of Hydro Ottawa. The Developer shall provide Hydro Ottawa with soil surveys, landscape and grading plans and any other information pertaining to the Work if so requested by Hydro Ottawa. The Developer shall be responsible for providing to Hydro Ottawa written confirmation of the necessary approvals by the municipality and any other branch or agency of the federal, provincial or municipal government or other utility whose approval or co-operation is required.

  • As-Built Drawings Within thirty (30) Days of the successful completion of the Acceptance Test, Seller shall provide for Company review a set of the proposed as‑built drawings for the Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities constructed by Seller (and/or its Contractors). Within thirty (30) Days of Company's receipt of the proposed as‑built drawings, Company shall provide Seller with either (i) its comments on the proposed as‑built drawings or (ii) notice of acceptance of the proposed as‑built drawings as final as‑built drawings. If Company provides comments on the proposed as‑built drawings, Seller shall incorporate such comments into a final set of as‑built drawings and provide such final as‑built drawings to Company within twenty (20) Days of Seller's receipt of Company's comments.

  • Construction Drawings After approving the Additional Programming Information, Landlord shall cause the Architect and the Engineers to prepare and deliver to Tenant Construction Drawings that conform to the approved Space Plan and the approved Additional Programming Information. Such preparation and delivery shall occur within 15 business days after the later of Landlord’s approval of the Additional Programming Information or the mutual execution and delivery of this Agreement. Tenant shall approve or disapprove the Construction Drawings by notice to Landlord. If Tenant disapproves the Construction Drawings, Tenant’s notice of disapproval shall specify any revisions Tenant desires in the Construction Drawings. After receiving such notice of disapproval, Landlord shall cause the Architect and/or the Engineers to revise the Construction Drawings, taking into account the reasons for Tenant’s disapproval (provided, however, that Landlord shall not be required to cause the Architect or the Engineers to make any revision to the Construction Drawings that is inconsistent with the Landlord Requirements or that Landlord otherwise reasonably disapproves), and resubmit the Construction Drawings to Tenant for its approval. Such revision and resubmission shall occur within five (5) business days after the later of Landlord’s receipt of Tenant’s notice of disapproval or the mutual execution and delivery of this Agreement if such revision is not material, and within such longer period of time as may be reasonably necessary (but not more than 15 business days after the later of such receipt or such mutual execution and delivery) if such revision is material. Such procedure shall be repeated as necessary until Tenant has approved the Construction Drawings. The Construction Drawings approved by Landlord and Tenant are referred to in this Work Letter as the “Approved Construction Drawings”.

  • Shop Drawings All drawings, prints, diagrams, illustrations, brochures, schedules, and other data that are prepared by Developer, a subcontractor, manufacturer, supplier, or distributor, that illustrate how specific portions of the Work shall be fabricated or installed.

  • The Drawings The Drawings are the graphic and pictorial portions of the Contract Documents showing the design, location and dimensions of the Work, generally including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules and diagrams.

  • Drawings In respect of the Concessionaire's obligations relating to the Drawings of the Bus Terminal as set forth in this Agreement, the following shall apply: (a) The Concessionaire shall prepare and submit, with reasonable promptness and in such sequence as is consistent with the Project Completion Schedule, three copies each of all Drawings to the Independent Engineer for review; (b) The Concessionaire shall clearly specify in the Drawings the area of Bus Terminal, Project Facilities and associated circulation area that shall be handed over to the Authority after the Concession Period of Bus Terminal. (c) By submitting the Drawings for review to the Independent Engineer, the Concessionaire shall be deemed to have represented that it has determined and verified that the design and engineering, including field construction criteria related thereto, are in conformity with the Scope of the Project and the Specifications and Standards; (d) Within 15 (fifteen) days of the receipt of the Drawings, the Independent Engineer shall review the same and convey its observations to the Concessionaire with particular reference to their conformity or otherwise with the Scope of the Project and the Specifications and Standards. The Concessionaire shall not be obliged to await the observations of the Independent Engineer on the Drawings submitted pursuant hereto beyond the said 15 (fifteen) days period and may begin or continue Construction Works at its own discretion and risk; (e) If the aforesaid observations of the Independent Engineer indicate that the Drawings are not in conformity with the Scope of the Project or the Specifications and Standards, such Drawings shall be revised by the Concessionaire and resubmitted to the Independent Engineer for review. The Independent Engineer shall give its observations, if any, within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the revised Drawings; (f) No review and/or observation of the Independent Engineer and/or its failure to review and/or convey its observations on any Drawings shall relieve the Concessionaire of its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement in any manner nor shall the Independent Engineer or the Authority be liable for the same in any manner; (g) Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions of this Clause 12.3, the Concessionaire shall submit to the Authority for review and comments, its Drawings relating to the Bus Terminal, finished road level, location and layout of the ticket counter[s], Workshop[s], Authority's Office and general arrangement drawings, and the Authority shall have the right but not the obligation to undertake such review and provide its comments, if any, within 30 (thirty) days of the receipt of such Drawings. The provisions of this Clause 12.3 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the review and comments hereunder; and (h) Within 90 (ninety) days of the Project Completion Date, the Concessionaire shall furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a complete set of as-built Drawings, in 2 (two) hard copies and in micro film form or in such other medium as may be acceptable to the Authority, reflecting the Bus Terminal as actually designed, engineered and constructed, including an as-built survey illustrating the layout of the Bus Terminal and setback lines, if any, of the buildings and structures forming part of Project Facilities.

  • Working Drawings Not later than 15 business days following the approval of the TI Design Drawings by Landlord, Tenant shall cause the TI Architect to prepare and deliver to Landlord for review and comment construction plans, specifications and drawings for the Tenant Improvements (“TI Construction Drawings”), which TI Construction Drawings shall be prepared substantially in accordance with the TI Design Drawings. Tenant shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the TI Construction Drawings reflect Tenant’s requirements for the Tenant Improvements. Landlord shall deliver its written comments on the TI Construction Drawings to Tenant not later than 10 business days after Landlord’s receipt of the same; provided, however, that Landlord may not disapprove any matter that is consistent with the TI Design Drawings. Tenant and the TI Architect shall consider all such comments in good faith and shall, within 10 business days after receipt, notify Landlord how Tenant proposes to respond to such comments. Any disputes in connection with such comments shall be resolved in accordance with Section 2(d) hereof. Provided that the design reflected in the TI Construction Drawings is consistent with the TI Design Drawings, Landlord shall approve the TI Construction Drawings submitted by Tenant. Once approved by Landlord, subject to the provisions of Section 4 below, Tenant shall not materially modify the TI Construction Drawings except as may be reasonably required in connection with the issuance of the TI Permit (as defined in Section 3(a) below).

  • Approved Working Drawings The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Record Drawings A final set of drawings prepared by the Architect that incorporates all changes from all As- Builts, sketches, details, and clarifications.

  • Drawings and Specifications 9.1 A complete list of all Drawings that form a part of the Contract Documents are to be found as an index on the Drawings themselves, and/or may be provided to Developer and/or in the Table of Contents. 9.2 Materials or Work described in words that so applied have a well-known technical or trade meaning shall be deemed to refer to recognized standards, unless noted otherwise. 9.3 Trade Name or Trade Term It is not the intention of the Contract Documents to go into detailed descriptions of any materials and/or methods commonly known to the trade under “trade name” or “trade term.” The mere mention or notation of “trade name” or “trade term” shall be considered a sufficient notice to Developer that it will be required to complete the work so named, complete, finished, and operable, with all its appurtenances, according to the best practices of the trade. 9.4 The naming of any material and/or equipment shall mean furnishing and installing of same, including all incidental and accessory items thereto and/or labor therefor, as per best practices of the trade(s) involved, unless specifically noted otherwise. 9.5 Contract Documents are complementary, and what is called for by one shall be binding as if called for by all. As such, Drawings and Specifications are intended to be fully cooperative and to agree. However, if Developer observes that Drawings and Specifications are in conflict with the Contract Documents, Developer shall promptly notify District and Architect in writing, and any necessary changes shall be made as provided in the Contract Documents. 9.6 Figured dimensions shall be followed in preference to scaled dimensions, and Developer shall make all additional measurements necessary for the work and shall be responsible for their accuracy. Before ordering any material or doing any work, each Developer shall verify all measurements at the building and shall be responsible for the correctness of same. 9.7 Should any question arise concerning the intent or meaning of the Contract Documents, including the Plans and Specifications, the question shall be submitted to the District for interpretation. If a conflict exists in the Contract Documents, these Construction Provisions shall control over the Facilities Lease, which shall control over the Site Lease, which shall control over Division 1 Documents, which shall control over Division 2 through Division 49 documents, which shall control over figured dimensions, which shall control over large-scale drawings, which shall control over small-scale drawings. In no case shall a document calling for lower quality and/or quantity of material or workmanship control. However, in the case of discrepancy or ambiguity solely between and among the Drawings and Specifications, the discrepancy or ambiguity shall be resolved in favor of the interpretation that will provide District with the functionally complete and operable Project described in the Drawings and Specifications. 9.8 Drawings and Specifications are intended to comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations of constituted authorities having jurisdiction, and where referred to in the Contract Documents, the laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations shall be considered as a part of the Contract Documents within the limits specified. 9.9 As required by Section 4-317(c), Part 1, Title 24, CCR: “Should any existing conditions such as deterioration or non-complying construction be discovered which is not covered by the DSA-approved documents wherein the finished work will not comply with Title 24, California Code of Regulations, a construction change document, or a separate set of plans and specifications, detailing and specifying the required repair work shall be submitted to and approved by DSA before proceeding with the repair work.”

  • Plans and Specifications After Landlord receives and approves Tenant’s Space Plan as provided above, Tenant will cause Tenant’s Architect to prepare the Plans and Specifications for the Tenant Improvements. Landlord will approve or disapprove (specifically describing any reasons for disapproval) the Plans and Specifications in writing within ten (10) Business Days after receiving them. If Landlord disapproves the Plans and Specifications, Tenant will provide appropriately revised Plans and Specifications to Landlord for approval (or disapproval) within five (5) Business Days on the same basis as set forth above. After Landlord’s approval, Tenant will submit the Plans and Specifications for permits and construction bids. No deviation from the Building Standard will be permitted in the Space Plan or the Plans and Specifications, provided reasonable deviations with respect to the ceiling, lighting, painting, flooring and wall covering may be permitted with Landlord’s approval. Landlord will not approve any deviations which Landlord believes (a) do not conform to applicable codes, ordinances and other Laws or are disapproved by any governmental agency, (b) require services beyond the level normally provided to other tenants in the Building, or (c) are of a nature or quality that are inconsistent with Landlord’s overall plan or objectives for the Building. No approval by Landlord of any deviation constitutes an acknowledgment by Landlord that such deviations are in conformance with applicable codes, ordinances and other Laws. In the event that Landlord’s approval shall be required in this Tenant Improvements Agreement, then notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in the Lease, Landlord’s approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.
