Positions outside the Bargaining Unit. Any nurse who takes a management position for any reason shall have her seniority frozen at the time of exit to the management position. Upon return, if such return is within three (3) months unless a longer duration is mutually agreed by the Association and the Employer, such seniority will be reinstated and accumulation will again commence.
