Common use of Post-Observation Conference – Formal Observation Clause in Contracts

Post-Observation Conference – Formal Observation. The purpose of the post-observation conference is to review the evaluator’s and teacher’s evidence related to the criteria during the observation and to discuss the teacher’s performance. A post-observation conference shall be held within five (5) days following a formal observation or series of observations. If the teacher and evaluator have mutually agreed to break the remaining thirty (30) minutes of observation into shorter time increments, only one post-observation conference will be required for that series of observations.
