Common use of Post-Observation Conference – Formal Observation Clause in Contracts

Post-Observation Conference – Formal Observation. The purpose of the post-observation conference is to review the evaluator’s and teacher’s evidence related to the criteria during the observation and to discuss the teacher’s performance. A post-observation conference shall be held following a formal observation or series of observations. If the teacher and evaluator have mutually agreed to break the remaining thirty (30) minutes of observation into shorter time increments, only one post-observation conference will be required for that series of observations. If there is an area of concern, the evaluator will identify specific concerns for the applicable criteria and provide specific observable solutions to remedy the concern in writing.
