Teacher Self-Assessment. 1. Prior to the Pre-Observation Conference, the member will complete a Self-Assessment form.
2. Teacher self-assessments will not be used as evidence in the final evaluation.
Teacher Self-Assessment. All teachers will complete either a self-assessment on all eight (8) criteria and the components therein or use the results of their prior year’s comprehensive evaluation in lieu of a self-assessment, prior to setting professional goals.
Teacher Self-Assessment. Using the University of Washington CEL Framework and the state’s eight evaluation criteria as a guide, teachers may reflect on their previous year in teaching and may utilize a self-assessment form which will be developed by the District and the Association during the 2014-2015 school year.
Teacher Self-Assessment. Using the KEEP2 program, the teacher shall rate their own professional performance at the beginning of the year and reflect on their performance throughout the year.
