Post-Review Conference. All review team members and the faculty member meet. The videotape, if used, may be utilized in the post review conference but shall be returned to the evaluatee after the review has been finalized. The review shall cite specific examples and recommendations for improvement in writing for each “needs improvement” and “unsatisfactory” mark. The faculty member under review shall have an opportunity to append any written rebuttal or explanations to the review form. The review form with such rebuttal or explanations will become an official part of the employee’s personnel file.
