Post Sabbatical Report. 13.9.1 Within three (3) months of the completion of the Sabbatical Leave the Member will submit a written report to the appropriate Xxxx. The report will include the following information, as anticipated in the application: • Dates and locations of sabbatical study • Description of the project worked on • A discussion of the merit of the proposed project for the University and for the applicant’s professional development. • Indication of tangible results achieved or anticipated • Summary of external funding received • A current curriculum vitae
Post Sabbatical Report. Within one month of the semester in which the faculty returns from sabbatical, the faculty member must submit a substantive report reflecting on the leave. Specific content for the report is included in the Sabbatical Leave Request Form. Copies of the report will be submitted to the Vice President of Academic Affairs, the appropriate academic Xxxx, and the Chair/Coordinator of the Faculty Professional Development Committee. The Board of Trustees will receive a copy of the Sabbatical report and may request a presentation by the faculty member.
