Posting of Signs. Unauthorized advertising signs, for sale signs or notices are prohibited aboard any boat in the Marina or on Marina premises.

With the consent and approval of the Lessor, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, Lessee/Developer or its General Contractor and construction lender may post an identification sign during the construction of the Project. The costs of constructing and maintaining such signs shall be borne by Lessee/Developer.

Landlord reserves the right to place any and all signs reasonable necessary for the sale of the Shopping Center upon said Shopping Center during the term of the Lease, provided however, that no such signs may be posted in the Premises, or to place any and all reasonable signs on the Premises at any time within ninety (90) days of the expiration of this Lease, for rental or lease of said Premises.
