Existing Signs. The Job Order Contractor shall ensure that all existing traffic signs are erect, clean and in full view of the intended traffic at all times. Street name signs at major street intersections shall be maintained erect at all times. If these signs should interfere with construction, the Job Order Contractor shall notify the Engineer, in writing, at least 48 hours in advance for City personnel to temporarily relocate or cover said signs. The Engineer will direct the Job Order Contractor as to the correct positions to re-set all traffic and street name signs to permanent locations when notified by the Job Order Contractor that the interfering construction is complete.

  • Support and Updates You are entitled to receive email support or support via our GitHub page for one (1) year after you purchase the License for the Software.   • PROTECTION OF WORK AND PROPERTY Contractor shall erect and properly maintain at all times, as required by conditions and progress of the Work, all necessary safeguards, signs, barriers, lights, and security persons for protection of workers and the public, and shall post danger signs warning against hazards created by the Work. In an emergency affecting life and safety of life or of Work or of adjoining property, Contractor, without special instruction or authorization from District, is permitted to act at his discretion to prevent such threatened loss or injury.
