Posting of Vacancies for the Next School Year. 1. Commencing March 1 of each school year and continuing through the first day of the following school year, the District shall post on the District website and at each worksite in an area frequented by employees and at the District office, a notice of each vacancy known to exist for the following school year. Vacancies shall be posted on the District website prior to being posted on any other website. These postings shall include any vacancy in paid extra- duty positions as identified in Appendix D(1) and D(2) of this Agreement. Two copies of each notice of vacancy posted within the District shall be provided to the Association.

  • Posting of Vacancies At the point the Department proceeds to fill a vacant position by open competition, lateral transfer or promotion, such information will be publicized within the Department for a minimum of five (5) working days.

  • Notice of Vacancies The employer shall post and publish notice of all vacancies sufficiently in advance of the hiring date to afford all employees who are eligible to apply for the vacancy an equal opportunity to submit an application for the vacancy.

  • Posting of Shift Schedules (a) Shift and standby schedules shall be posted at least four (4) weeks in advance of the schedule to be worked and the schedule shall be for a minimum of two (2) weeks. The Employer shall make every reasonable effort not to change shifts. If the Employer changes the shift schedule within forty-eight (48) hours of the shift, the Employee(s) affected shall be entitled to overtime compensation for that shift. The Employer must inform Employees of the shift changes made to the posted schedules.

  • Time Off for Meetings Any representative of the Union on this Committee, or their alternate, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the privilege of attending meetings of the Committee held within working hours without loss of remuneration, provided that the Senior Administrator has prior notice.
