Posting of Vacancy. (a) Job vacancies at all locations certified by the bargaining agency will be posted locally in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective applicable Agreements. (b) It is agreed that should a job posting not be filled locally in accordance with the Agreement that a subsequent posting will be made at all locations certified by the bargaining agency.
