POWER SURGE. This feature protects your covered product against damage or defects caused by a power surge up to a maximum of the replacement cost of the product over the life of the contract while your covered product is properly connected to a surge protector approved by the Underwriter’s Laboratory. Assuming appropriate connection to a UL- approved surge protector (not required for Major Appliances), if your covered product suffers damage from a power surge, you must first file a claim with the insurance carrier who provides your homeowner’s/renter’s insurance and/or to the power surge manufacturer’s insurance carrier for reimbursement of the cost to repair your covered product. The Administrator will reimburse any applicable carrier’s deductible up to a $1,000 limit once proof of a valid claim is provided. No Lemon Guarantee – If we have completed two service repairs for the same problem on an individual product or component, which first began after the manufacturer’s warranty term had expired, and if the product or component requires a third repair for the identical problem as determined by us, we reserve the right to replace the product with one of like kind and quality, not to exceed the original retail purchase price excluding shipping, handling, and taxes. Once a covered product is replaced, then this contract is considered fulfilled and coverage ends. Preventative maintenance checks, cleaning, product diagnosis, customer education, accessory repairs/replacements, computer software related problems, and any unauthorized repairs done outside of the USA are not considered repairs for the purposes of this Replacement Guarantee.

The cost of the replacement will not exceed the original product purchase price and may be less due to technological advances. We reserve the right to issue a voucher for the original purchase price. Once a covered product is replaced, then this contract is considered fulfilled and coverage ends. Preventative maintenance checks, manufacturer or service recalls, cleaning, product diagnosis, customer education, accessory repairs/replacements, computer software related problems, and any unauthorized repairs done outside of the USA are not considered repairs for the purposes of this No Lemon Guarantee.

POWER SURGE. The insurance under this section is extended to include loss or damage caused by power surge provided that: (i) the company’s liability for any claim or number of claims for any one event or series of events with one originating cause or source, shall not exceed R25 000 (twenty five thousand rand) or in the annual aggregate (being the period of twelve consecutive months from the inception date or anniversary date) a total amount of R50 000 (fifty thousand rand) (ii) for the purposes of this extension; cover is only extended to include the property specifically insured under this section (iii) this extension specifically excludes any consequential losses which may arise following an insured loss (iv) the insured shall be responsible for a first amount payable of 10% (ten percent) of claim minimum R1 000 (one thousand rand). Specific condition 10 Underinsurance shall not apply to this extension. This section does not cover: (a) consequential loss or consequential damage of any kind whatsoever except in the case of loss of rent as provided for in this section (b) any loss or damage as a result of structural defects, faulty design, defective workmanship, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, corrosion, inherent vice and latent defect (c) loss of or damage caused by sub-section A - Property peril 3 to domestic borehole pumps and electrical motors (as described in the Operative clause) which are situated below the normal flood levels.

  • Power Supply The source of power for the VAS shall either be the vehicle battery or a rechargeable battery. Where provided, an additional rechargeable or non-rechargeable battery may be used. These batteries shall by no means supply energy to other parts of the vehicle electrical system.

  • POWER SURGE PROTECTION This Agreement provides power surge protection from the product date of purchase of the Covered Product in the absence of insurance coverage. If the Covered Product is damaged as a result of a power surge, We will replace the Covered Product in accordance with the terms herein. You may be required to submit proof of claim denial from Your insurer, if applicable.

  • Electrical Power Corporation shall provide Contractor with convenient access to electrical power required to perform the work. The electrical outlets used by Contractor shall be those designated or approved by Corporation.

  • Power System Stabilizers The Developer shall procure, install, maintain and operate Power System Stabilizers in accordance with the requirements identified in the Interconnection Studies conducted for Developer’s Large Generating Facility. NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner reserve the right to reasonably establish minimum acceptable settings for any installed Power System Stabilizers, subject to the design and operating limitations of the Large Generating Facility. If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. The requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to wind generators.

  • Logistics The Client shall arrange their own transportation and accommodation, unless Client and Performer agree otherwise. If requested, the Performer shall arrange transport within Ostrava, and provide accommodation in a hotel.

  • One-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.3.1 Where the Parties use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from Onvoy to Frontier, Onvoy, at Xxxxx’s own expense, shall: 2.3.1.1 provide its own facilities for delivery of the traffic to the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Frontier’s network in a LATA; and/or 2.3.1.2 obtain transport for delivery of the traffic to the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Frontier’s network in a LATA (a) from a third party, or, (b) if Frontier offers such transport pursuant to a Frontier access Tariff, from Frontier. 2.3.2 For each Tandem or End Office One-Way Interconnection Trunk group for delivery of traffic from Onvoy to Frontier with a utilization level of less than sixty percent (60%) for final trunk groups and eighty-five percent (85%) for high usage trunk groups, unless the Parties agree otherwise, Onvoy will promptly submit ASRs to disconnect a sufficient number of Interconnection Trunks to attain a utilization level of approximately sixty percent (60%) for all final trunk groups and eighty-five percent (85%) for all high usage trunk groups. In the event Onvoy fails to submit an ASR to disconnect One-Way Interconnection Trunks as required by this Section, Frontier may disconnect the excess Interconnection Trunks or bill (and Onvoy shall pay) for the excess Interconnection Trunks at the rates set forth in the Pricing Attachment. 2.3.3 Where the Parties use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from Frontier to Onvoy, Frontier, at Frontier’s own expense, shall provide its own facilities for delivery of the traffic to the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Frontier’s network in a LATA.
