  • Duties of the Committee The Committee will be responsible for developing recommendations based on consensus (agreement and/or abstinence constitutes consensus) for the CAAT retirees' group insurance plans. The duties of the Committee are to:

  • Board of Trustees 2.1.1 The Board of Trustees will be comprised of 9 voting members that include 5 employee representatives and 4 employer representatives. The Board of Trustees will include among its members two independent experts, one representing the employer representatives and one representing the employee representatives.   • Board of Trustees’ Responsibilities 5.2.1 The Board of Trustees will be responsible for the operational and financial sustainability of the Trust, including:

  • Duties of the Parties JHU is not a commercial organization. It is an institute of research and education. Therefore, JHU has no ability to evaluate the commercial potential of any PATENT RIGHTS or LICENSED PRODUCT or other license or rights granted in this Agreement.
