Practising Certificate. (i) Where an employee is required by law to hold a practising certificate, the employer will pay the full amount, either by way of reimbursement or direct payment for practising certificates for registered and enrolled nurses.
Practising Certificate. 24.1 Where the Employee is required as a term of their employment to hold a current practising certificate the Employee shall produce such a certificate to the Employer on request.
Practising Certificate. If the employee is required by law to hold a current practicing certificate, the cost of this will be reimbursed by the Company on production of the certificate.
Practising Certificate. Where an Employee is required by law to hold an annual practising certificate where it is deemed to be the main employer; the cost of the certificate will be reimbursed by Mercy Hospital. This will be paid as a tax free allowance annually at the time the new certificate takes effect. A copy of a practising certificate must be provided at commencement of employment. Thereafter a copy of the current certificate must be provided to the Payroll officer at the time reimbursement is claimed.
