Common use of Pre-Adoption Leave Clause in Contracts

Pre-Adoption Leave. the Employee is entitled to take up to 2 days unpaid Pre-Adoption Leave to attend interviews or examination in connection with the adoption of an eligible child. This leave may be take at the same time as the Employee’s partner.

Pre-Adoption Leave. the Employee is entitled to An employee legally adopting a child may take up to 2 three (3) days unpaid Preof pre-Adoption Leave to attend interviews or examination in connection with the adoption of an eligible leave per child. This leave may be take at the same time as the Employee’s partneris granted upon request and is granted with full pay.

Pre-Adoption Leave. the Employee 34.4.3.1 An employee is entitled to take up to 2 two days unpaid Pre-Adoption Leave leave to attend interviews or examination in connection examinations required to obtain approval to adopt a child under 5 years of age at the day of placement who has not previously lived with the adoption employee for a period of an eligible child. This leave may be take at six months or more and who is not a step child of the same time as employee or the Employeeemployee’s partnerspouse.

The Employee must give notice of their intention to take unpaid pre-adoption leave and, if required, provide reasonable evidence of the adoption purpose of an eligible child. This leave may be take at the same time as the Employee’s partnerleave.

Pre-Adoption Leave. the Employee 35.5.1 An individual employee who seeks to adopt a child is entitled to take up two days’ unpaid pre-adoption leave to 2 days unpaid attend relevant interviews or examinations as part of the adoption process, which must be taken before the date of placement of the child. Pre-Adoption Leave adoption leave can be taken in a single continuous period, or as separate periods of full or part days each. 35.5.2 An employee couple who seeks to attend interviews or examination adopt a child is entitled to four days’ unpaid pre-adoption leave between them, which must be taken in connection accordance with the adoption of an eligible child. This leave may be take at the same time as the Employee’s partnerclause 35.5.1.
