Recognition of Service. For the purposes of Merit, Renewal, Tenure, and Promotion, Association work and work for CAUT, and OCUFA, count for service.
Recognition of Service. (a) For the purposes of merit, renewal, tenure, promotion and establishing the service component of workload, time spent as an Association representative in meetings with the Employer shall count for service.
Recognition of Service. 37.01 The Employer shall recognize and count all full time service with an Alberta Provincial Government Department, Board, Agency, Corporation or Commission in respect to entitlements for annual vacation.
37.02 Full time service with employers in 37.01 above shall be recognized for illness leave credits pursuant to Article 27, Illness Leave Benefits, provided that no break in service exceeding (thirty) 30 days has occurred during employment with, or between these employers and/or with the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission.
Recognition of Service. In special recognition of longevity and extraordinary services provided to the Matanuska Susitna Borough School District by selected employees, there is hereby established a Retirement Incentive Program. The salary increase which this program provides are for services rendered and shall apply only to employees who are eligible to retire and who notify the Human Resources Department of their intention to retire at least 90 days before their retirement date. The increase shall be paid in one lump sum in the final paycheck. The employee will have his original salary amount amended to reflect an increase of $150 per year of district service. It is understood that the amount of the incentive will not be included in the PERS retirement calculation.
Recognition of Service. The Lumentum Welfare Plans and 401(k) Plan shall, and Lumentum shall recognize each Lumentum Group Employee’s service with JDSU at or before the Transfer Date, with respect to such Lumentum Plans adopted or maintained by Lumentum on or as of the Distribution Date or as otherwise required by applicable Law, to the same extent that such service was recognized by JDSU for similar purposes prior to the Distribution Date. Such recognition of seniority shall include any seniority that JDSU or any of its Subsidiaries recognized from any previous employer(s) with respect to each Lumentum Group Employee. The service crediting provisions shall be subject to any respectively applicable “service bridging,” “break in service,” “employment date” or “eligibility date” rules under the JDSU Welfare and 401(k) Plans or Lumentum Welfare and 401(k)
Recognition of Service. Visteon shall recognize, or shall cause its subsidiaries or affiliates to recognize, the Ford Service Date or Subsidiary Service Date, as applicable, of each Global Visteon Employee in determining years of service under the employee benefit plans and other compensation and benefit practices and polices of Visteon or its subsidiaries or affiliates both prior to the Benefit Transition Date and thereafter, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
Recognition of Service. In recognition of services to the school district, a payment of One Tenth of One Percent (1/10 of 1%) of the Bargaining Unit Member’s final base salary will be paid upon retirement, provided the Bargaining Unit Member shall have been employed in the school district for the last Ten (10) years.

(a) When a Faculty member has completed at least 5 years of full-time service at LREI, he/she will receive a bonus of $1,000 per year above the Salary Schedule Step that the person is on. Part-time Faculty will receive a prorated portion if their part-time service is under 80%, otherwise, they will receive the full bonus. The Faculty member shall have completed 5 years of service to the School before being eligible for cited bonus; (b) When a Faculty member has completed at least 10 years of full-time service at LREI, he/she will receive an additional bonus of $1,000 ($2,000 in total) per year over that year's current salary schedule. Part-time Faculty will receive a prorated portion if their part-time service is under 80%, otherwise, they will receive the full bonus. The Faculty member shall have completed 10 years of service to the School before being eligible for cited bonus; (c) When a Faculty member has completed at least 15 years of full-time service at LREI, he/she will receive an additional bonus of $1,000 ($3,000 in total) per year over that year's current salary schedule. Part-time Faculty will receive a prorated portion if their part-time service is under 80%, otherwise, they will receive the full bonus. The Faculty member shall have completed 15 years of service to the School before being eligible for cited bonus. All recognition of service awards shall be calculated using these new rates effective September 2008.
Recognition of Service. Every employee who has completed at least (12) months of continuous service shall, in addition to the prescribed wage, be paid an additional 1% of the prescribed monthly wage for EACH year of completed service.
Recognition of Service. For purposes of eligibility, vesting, vacation entitlement and severance benefits and benefit accrual for sick leave under all employee compensation and benefit plans of Buyer, each Transferred Employee shall receive full credit from Buyer for all prior service properly credited under the Compensation and Benefit Plans; provided, however, that for purposes of Buyer's cash balance pension plan, each Transferred Employee shall receive such prior service credit only for the period between the Closing Date and the end of the Lease Period. The schedule of service provided by Sellers prior to the end of the Lease Period may be conclusively relied upon by Buyer in crediting service in accordance with this Section 6.01(b).
